🚨 WE’RE LOOKING FOR DEADLY MEN TO JOIN OUR CREW! 🚨

DIYDG and the Kunjur First Nations Men’s Collective are growing our casual Male Support Worker pool — and we want to hear from men who are ready to turn up, connect and make a real difference.

Our workers walk alongside young people, men, families and community across:

🟢 NDIS Support
🟠 Men’s Su***de Prevention
🟢 Child Protection Services
🟠 Alternative Education & Youth Support

We’re looking for men who bring strong values, reliability, resilience and a genuine commitment to our young people and community. Lived experience matters too — your journey, knowledge and ability to connect could make a difference in someone else’s life.

These are casual, flexible positions, with opportunities to work across DIYDG and Kunjur programs. This is an identified male position due to the nature of supporting young men within our services.

Don’t have every qualification or clearance yet? Don’t count yourself out. Tell us where you’re at — successful applicants can be supported to work towards outstanding requirements.

🔥 REAL CONNECTION. REAL CULTURE. REAL CHANGE.

Think you’ve got something to bring to the crew?

Kunjur First Nations Men’s Collective is taking time to reflect on our journey, the work we’ve done alongside our men, families and community, and where we need to go next.

If you’ve connected with Kunjur, participated in our programs or activities, worked alongside us, supported our work, or seen our impact in community, we want to hear from you.

Your voice will help us:

💬 Understand what we’re doing well
🌱 Identify where we can improve
🧭 Shape the future direction of Kunjur
🖤 Strengthen the way we support our men, families and community
🔥 Make sure we keep growing, learning and doing better than we did before

Some feedback may also be featured in our Annual Report, helping us share the voices and experiences of the people who have been part of the Kunjur journey.

Have your say here:

It only takes a few minutes, but your voice can make a real difference to what comes next.

Stronger together. Better than yesterday. Let’s build our future, together.

💪🏾 Getting Stronger Together

Good to get down to Iron Strength and put in some work together, lifting heavy, pushing through the tough sets, encouraging each other and celebrating the small wins along the way.

There’s something powerful about training side by side and backing one another every step of the way. It’s not always about how much weight you can lift either. It’s about building discipline, resilience and a healthier lifestyle, while keeping each other accountable and having a good time doing it.

Making healthy choices physically can have a big impact on you mentally too. A strong body helps build a strong mind.

Keep showing up. Keep backing each other. Keep getting stronger together. 💪🏾
