Constellation Therapies is growing our Behaviour Support team across Australia, and we’re looking for practitioners who want to deliver thoughtful, evidence-informed Positive Behaviour Support that genuinely improves people’s everyday lives.
We’re hiring Australia-wide. Depending on your location and caseload, services may include face-to-face work within your local community alongside appropriate remote components of service delivery.

Who can apply?
We’d love to hear from experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners as well as people from relevant professional backgrounds who are interested in developing their career in Positive Behaviour Support.
Relevant tertiary backgrounds may include:
• Psychology
• Occupational Therapy
• Social Work
• Nursing
• Speech Pathology
• Developmental Education
• Special Education / Education
• Counselling
• Other relevant behavioural, disability, health, education or social-science disciplines
What does Behaviour Support look like with us?
Depending on your experience, scope and NDIS practitioner suitability, you may work alongside participants, families, carers and support teams to:
• Understand behaviour in the context of the person, their environment, communication and needs
• Undertake behaviour support assessments
• Develop and review Behaviour Support Plans
• Develop practical, evidence-informed Positive Behaviour Support strategies
• Build the capability of families and support teams
• Monitor outcomes and adjust supports over time
• Collaborate with our broader multidisciplinary allied health team
Our practice is grounded in human rights, dignity, choice and control, person-centred practice and the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices.
