Are you looking for a reflective and restorative space for discussing your supervisory practice?

I'm opening a group for Supervision of Supervision: a space for experienced supervisors to bring their own dilemmas about the practice of supervising, not just case discussion, but reflection on the relationship itself: the feedback that's hard to give, the parallel processes, the moments you're second-guessing yourself, the ethical dilemmas that emerge for you, too.
If this sounds like the space you've been needing, and you'd like in, drop me a message or comment below and I'll be in touch with details on dates, timing and format.
Numbers will be kept purposefully small to keep it genuinely reflective. We start in August!

Apricity.

The warmth of the winter sun. That warmth you can feel even when everything feels hard and stripped bare.

That's what I wanted supervision to be.

Not a box to tick. Not just a case debrief. A space that actually restores you... so you can keep doing the work you care about. Sustainability in these systems is the hardest thing we face, on the daily.

If that's what you've been looking for, the first conversation is free.

This one's for the practitioners who've been sitting on the idea of getting supervision — wanting it, knowing they need it — but with cost of living pressures, simply can't afford it.
I see you. And I want you to know there are more options than you might think.

Your employer may well fund it — and if you've never asked, it might be because you didn't know how, or didn't think it was worth trying.

I've put together a free guide that might help:
~ A guide to asking your employer to fund your supervision — including a ready-to-send email template and the business case already written for you.
~ An employer briefing document you can attach to that email — written in the language of managers and HR teams, making the case for supervision as a workforce investment, not a personal perk.

Together they're everything you need to have that conversation with confidence.
Drop me a message, comment or send me an email [email protected] or book in a free introductory session on my website www.apricitysupervision.com.au

And if cost is still a barrier after that — please just reach out. I have a sliding scale, group supervision options, and I'd rather find a way to make it work than have you go without.

Things that shape how I supervise:

Over 15 years of clinical experience across mental health, disability, AOD, and justice settings. Sessional lecturer and field educator at several Australian universities. AASW Advanced Clinical Supervision (Mental Health). Trained in ACT, values-based supervision frameworks, and trauma-responsive practice.

But the thing that shapes it most is having been the practitioner who desperately needed a good supervisor and couldn't find one.

Apricity came from that.

If you're looking for supervision that's actually grounded in real-world practice, I'd love to connect.

You're doing the hardest kind of work in the toughest of systems with almost no resources. Do more, with less, year on year. You deserve a proper space to put it down and nourish your practice frameworks, your values, your ethics, your 'why'.

If that's not something you currently have- I'm here.
