Relaxed, tranquil and finding ourselves in an absolutely picturesque moment. Have you ever bought a book to read on holidays and sometimes never even open a page? This was one of those moments. I bought a book with me on a family holiday to Fiji and found myself captured by the scenery and simply watching the world go by. Not a care in the world and in the company of the two most amazing humans in my life. 😍 I am so grateful we were able to visit Fiji and meet some of the most kind and caring people on earth. Sota Tale Fiji 🇫🇯 we miss you!

Stunning stillness as the lake reflects back the life it sees over the water. Pause for a moment and you may loose yourself in deeper thought. 💭 What is reality? Who am I in time and space? The moment where the three dimensions of space join with the one dimension of time into the single four-dimensional fabric called life. What is life reflecting to you? 🫥 🤔 🫠

Another day sets as a family comes together to have dinner and just be in each others company. Watching these parent swans move about at dusk and teach their young how to feed before nightfall was so adorable 😍
I witnessed natures family, love, protection and nurture and just wanted to give my kids a hug there and then 🤗
The simple pleasures in life are there for the taking.

The Context

"If I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times." Who's heard this one?

Parents at the point of frustration, repeating the same words over and over — hoping something will finally stick.

But in a world of abundance, opportunity and digital connection, there is very little room left for appreciation. Children are raising children, mentoring each other through socials 24/7. Where's the break?

The balance has tipped so far the other way — our children may be physically at home but mentally not.

So if we've told them a thousand times and nothing has changed — sometimes the problem isn't the student. It's the teacher.

Ouch. That may have hit a sore spot. 😬

The effervescence of rain meeting the ground which springs to life! 🌿 I love the vibrance of colours clashing yet complimenting each other. I love the bright green of the moss, the earthly oranges and browns in the stone and the glistening silver of the water bubbling and flowing. The gentle relaxing sound of water moving across the landscape was sweet joy bringing life to the land I call home.
🌏 I love this earth 🫶

Faith in every aspect means Believing is Seeing — not the other way around. 🍊

Faith is a belief. A deep knowing within yourself.

All knowing is created from within — as an idea, a thought, an image. And there is no sliding scale of how much faith you have. You either have faith, or you don't — in relation to anything.

Faith in yourself starts with knowing yourself.
Faith in humanity starts with knowing humanity.
Faith in a higher power starts with knowing there is a higher power.

"If you have but the faith of a mustard seed — you will move mountains." — 𝘑𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘴

Faith and hope together can be powerful, but they should never be confused. Having faith is very different to having hope.

So ask yourself — what do you have faith in? And what do you have hope for?

Spring is in the air! You can feel it with all your senses. It feels like mother earth is waking up from her winter slumber. The birds and the bees are busy and the flowers are starting to put on a show, shouting out to the world - 𝘓𝘖𝘖𝘒 𝘈𝘛 𝘔𝘌! 🌱🌻🪻🌷
This is my kind of attention grabbing. Nature at it's best and looks like it wasn't just me the lavender attracted. I watched as this little bee went to 'work' and marvelled at the fact that we are completely dependant on her for our survival as a human species. 🐝🪻Amazing!
