Day two in Adelaide brought the launch of The Secret Lives of Mental Health Nurses, our 50th anniversary book capturing five decades of the profession in the words of those who lived it.

The day also featured the launch of the new Capabilities for Mental Health Nursing Practice framework and keynotes on restraint reduction and the future of mental health care.

Thank you to the Hon Mark Butler MP for his video message, Prof The Hon Bill Shorten for opening the day, our keynote speakers Heidi Sturk, Colin Robinson and Joshua Clancy, and every nurse and researcher who presented an abstract on the day.
