A Small New Beginning ☺️

Back in 2016, I created my YouTube channel as a place for students to access training recordings.

Over the years, it quietly sat in the background while I focused on working with clients, teaching, and creating programs.

I've decided it's time to breathe some new life into it.

Today I've uploaded a new guided meditation called Returning to Centre — a gentle opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and step away from the noise of daily life for a little while.

My intention isn't to become a full-time content creator. Instead, I'll be sharing at least one new recording each month, with a focus on relaxation, meditation, hypnosis, self-development, and inner wellbeing.
