Made these little beauties for my youngest’s class for his birthday and they were such a hit! 💕 Soft, sweet and with that yummy strawberry + lemon combo… the perfect little birthday treat.

Hubby + me + NO KIDS = much-needed R&R! 🙌😂

I’m officially switching off for a little bit, so while I’m away you’ll probably see a little less Thermie content and a whole lot more weekend-away content! 🌴☀️🍹

Because sometimes you just need to step away, breathe, laugh, relax and enjoy some quality time together. ❤️

I’ll be back soon, hopefully recharged, refreshed and ready to get back into the kitchen! 👩‍🍳✨

✨ Lunchbox prep doesn’t have to be fancy… sometimes it’s just about using what you’ve already got! 🙌

Today’s lunchbox goodies were made from odds and ends hiding in the fridge:
🥟 Cabbage Pierogis
🌭 Puffy dogs
🧃 And of course… orange juice, because why not? 😂

I’m trying to waste less food and make the most of what’s already in the fridge before shopping again. Anyone else doing the same?

Waste less, taste more! 🧡

I had some pumpkin that needed using, so last night’s dinner was this delicious Butternut & Bacon Macaroni Cheese from Cookidoo. It was the perfect comfort meal! 😍

I also used the Basic Bread Dough recipe to make homemade peri peri flatbread with Nando’s Peri Peri sauce. 🌶️🥖
