The holiday countdown has officially started ⏰

I will be leaving the Melb winter behind on June 27, and returning to work most likely Sat, July 25. My last day seeing clients will be Thursday June 25, which appointment times have already started to fill on that date. I will post to my stories over the coming weeks appointment availabilities up until my last working day before flying out ✈️ 🏖️

Welcoming new clients this week 🙏🏼 This one got a little surprise 😌 Gliding & cupping. What you do for work impacts the body too. Working through a little extra tension in the lower back, shoulders & upper traps for this Barber.

Hydration is also key, the tissue was adequately hydrated 👌🏽 Helping avoid fascial restrictions & keeping that nice elasticity within the tissue.

Side Note - The flow of the gliding is much more seamless & smooth, I was trying to keep my hands & arms out of the cameras way 🙃

Professional Development is something our respective associations require us to undertake regularly. This helps us remain not only compliant, but relevant. It helps expand on our current knowledge base & add value to our skill set in an industry that is always evolving.

This past weekend I completed a taping workshop with Rocktape. While it’s not necessarily something I do often in my own practice, it is definitely something I do weekly for my very active teenager who is always managing some kind of sporting injury 😩🫣🙃

💰 Pricing does not vary depending on treatment. Together we tailor a plan that is specific to you, which is adjusted each visit and one that progresses & changes with you. It is not a ‘one & done’ kinda vibe. I ask questions, every time & align myself with you… every time! 💫 The cost for that does not change.

🫙 Cupping is not an ‘extra’ service you get charged for. It’s included as part of the treatment plan, if that’s what is needed ☺️

🤰🏼 Pregnancy massage is also not an ‘extra’ service. You either choose the 60min or 90min appointment time. Keeping it simple 🙌🏽

💧MLD, lymphatic massage is also not an ‘extra’ service. However I do recommend 90mins for this particular massage treatment, this will maximise the benefits.
