You deserve to enjoy and feel confident in your body — for yourself.

There is “no cut-off age” for cosmetic surgery, including cosmetic gynaecology.

What matters is that the decision is “your own”,your expectations are realistic, and the procedure is appropriate and safe for you.

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) in the vulvovaginal area is proposed to help because platelets release growth factors and signalling proteins that may support tissue repair, angiogenesis and local tissue remodelling.
But an important point: PRP is not yet an established first-line treatment for most vulvovaginal disorders. The quality of evidence varies considerably, studies are often small, and preparation methods, platelet concentrations and treatment protocols are not yet standardised.
Medicine and science progress through research, clinical experience and well-designed trials. Every carefully conducted study helps us better understand who may benefit, how PRP should be prepared and administered, and where it truly has a role.

Egg Freezing :Best considered before 35, when egg quality and quantity are generally better.
35–37: still a good option, especially if pregnancy will be delayed.
38–40: possible, but success is lower and more eggs/cycles may be needed.
>40: success is significantly lower, so expectations should be realistic.
Consider earlier if there is risk of reduced ovarian reserve or before potentially fertility-damaging treatment.
Age at freezing is crucial — frozen eggs retain the biological age at which they were frozen.

Uterine artery embolisation (UAE) is an established minimally invasive treatment for symptomatic uterine fibroids, particularly when the patient wants to avoid hysterectomy or major surgery.
When I would consider UAE
Good candidates generally have:
    •    Heavy menstrual bleeding, anaemia, pelvic pressure or bulk symptoms
    •    Multiple fibroids or a large fibroid burden where myomectomy would be extensive
    •    No desire for future pregnancy, or fertility is not the primary goal
    •    A preference to preserve the uterus
    •    Failed/intolerant medical therapy
    •    Increased surgical risk where a minimally invasive option is attractive
