Ella said she wanted to feel naturally glowy and more comfy in her skin.

She hasn’t done anything crazy, just a few gradual changes that have made all the difference.

1. Skincare - she began to replace some of her chemist-brand products with some faves. Her holy grail’s are ÜberZinc, Priority-B, & DermaCalm. 

2. In-clinic treatments - she sees us every so often for a Chemical Peel or Mask. A Salicylic Peel + LED Light Therapy is great for penetrating and purifying pores while reducing inflammation and bacteria. 

3. Lifestyle changes - she began creating some habits that just made sense for her. Like double cleansing at night time, wearing makeup less often, and prioritising her sleep and diet.
