What a beautiful day at the Expo!

We loved welcoming so many wonderful expecting and new families throughout the day.

One of my highlights was running my workshop, “5 Movements for a Stronger Pregnancy & Confident Birth,” and sharing simple, practical ways to help mums feel stronger, more comfortable and more confident for birth.

We also had so much fun with our Spin & Win, and a huge congratulations to the lovely mama who took home our Mother’z Yoga Mum & Baby Wellness Hamper worth $800! 🎉

A heartfelt thank you to all the Gippsland mamas and families who stopped by to chat, ask questions, share their stories and support Mother’z Yoga. Also to the lovely team behind the Expo, your hard work and efforts really showed up👏

I’m looking forward to seeing many of you again soon.

🚨 We’re coming to Gippsland! 🚨

Mother’z Yoga will be exhibiting at the Belly, Birth & Beyond Expo.

And that’s not all…

🎤We’ll also be delivering a workshop on Safe Exercise in Pregnancy & Postpartum.

Whether you’re wondering:
✔️ Can I keep exercising while pregnant?
✔️ When is it safe to return after birth?
✔️ What exercises should I avoid?

…this workshop is for you!

If you’re local (or know someone who is), come along, say hello, ask questions, and discover how movement can support a stronger pregnancy, birth and recovery.

Tag a pregnant friend or share this post with someone in Gippsland who shouldn’t miss it.

🏃‍♀️ As busy parents, we say it all the time…

“I don’t have time to exercise.” I’ve said it too.

But what if we stopped seeing movement as time away from our family and started seeing it as an investment for our family?

✅ A stronger body.
✅ More energy.
✅ Better health.
✅ More years to watch our children grow.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to start moving, let this be your sign ✨

Pregnancy can bring excitement... and lot of overthinking too🤯

What if my baby isn’t growing well?
What if I’m not doing enough?
What if something goes wrong?

Instead of letting those thoughts take over, try replacing them with words that support you.

Repeat these affirmations each day and notice how they help you feel more grounded, confident and connected to your pregnancy.

1. I am grateful for this pregnancy.
2. My baby feels safe and nurtured within me.
3. My body is strong, and my baby is healthy.
4. I am proud of myself for growing and nurturing my baby.
5. I am doing my best!

During my third pregnancy, the affirmations I kept coming back to were 2 and 5.

On the days my mind wandered into the “what ifs,” these simple reminders helped bring me back to the present.

Which affirmation resonates with you most? I’d love to know in the comments.

Carrying a baby- bump 🤰 or in arms is a full-body job.

These 5 stretches target the spots mums feel it most: hips, lower back, shoulders and neck. Just a few minutes a day can ease the tension and help you move with more ease.

Save this and come back to it whenever your body needs a reset. 🧘‍♀️

Tag or send this to a mum who needs these stretches.

Some seasons of motherhood ask more of us than others.

I’m in one of the busiest seasons of my motherhood journey 🤯, and these are the three things I’m consciously choosing to help me stay grounded.

If you’re in a full, busy season too, I hope this is a gentle reminder that you’re not alone.

The pregnancy tip I wish every mum knew 👇 🤰
The “log roll” keeps your core and lower back protected while your belly grows (also very beneficial for C-sec mums)

Roll to your side → shoulders and hips in line → feet
off the bed and press up with your hands. Simple,
safe, and so much kinder to your body.
