We are a small company based in Gembrook. Most of our current supports are in and around the hills area, Cockatoo, Gembrook, Pakenham, Berwick and Ferntree Gully.
We are a supportive team, that is very client focused. We go above and beyond for our clients and our workers. 🌼

The next person to join our team will be someone who loves cleaning, decluttering🌼 someone who is interested in Community Aged Care and Disability

🌼You must hold a drivers licence have a safe and reliable car

🌼This is an ongoing casual position with good pay rates
TFN all superanuation, work cover and insurance covered.

What an incredible journey it has been.

Two years ago, we started with:
✨ 1 participant
✨ 1 support worker
✨ 11 service hours per week

Today, we are proud to support:
🌟 24 participants
🌟 7 dedicated support workers
🌟 164 service hours per week

This growth represents so much more than numbers. It reflects the trust our participants and families place in us, the dedication of our amazing support team, and our commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care every day.

To everyone who has been part of our journey—participants, families, staff, and community partners—thank you for believing in our vision and supporting our growth.

We look forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of those we support.
