Happy first Father’s Day to the man who makes it look easy. 💛
Watching you become a dad to Hunter and now watching you fall completely in love with Ember has been one of the best parts of my life. This is Ember’s very first Father’s Day, and honestly seeing you with her these past few weeks has reminded me all over again what a gift it is that our kids get you as their dad.
You show up. You’re patient, present, and so much fun, and Hunter and Ember are lucky beyond words to have you. Here’s to many more Father’s Days with our little family. We love you so much. ❤️

Life has been full. Full of love, full of motion, full of everything arriving at once.

It hasn’t been easy lately, if I’m being honest. The stress is real, the chaos is present. But woven through all of it is something quieter a strange, steady knowing. A sense of trust I can’t quite explain but have stopped trying to fight.

And if you haven’t listened to The Telepathy Tapes yet please. Someone pointed me toward them recently and I am genuinely not the same. 🤯

Three days. World-leading experts. And two of the most fantastic naturopaths by my side. The MINDD 2026 International Conference was an absolute privilege and the knowledge we brought home is truly priceless 🤯 Apologies for the sparse pictures. I was far too busy soaking it all in and talking all things natural health to stop and grab my phone. This is exactly why I love what I do

Big changes don’t always come from massive leaps—they often start with tiny, consistent shifts.

Instead of waiting for “the perfect time” to work on your health, try simple, doable choices each day. Small steps compound, shifting your body out of stress mode and back into balance.

Remember: Progress > Perfection.

Let’s get real.

You didn’t “forget” to take care of yourself.
