Yoga for women will gather for our last practice of the year tonight, Wednesday the 11th December 2024, 5.30-6.30pm at 66 Nunn St, Benalla. Looking forward to seeing those who can make it.

It’s been such a pleasure to share movement, stillness, wellness and connection with everyone this year. Thank you for providing a safe and welcoming space to practice. What a very special year it’s been. ⭐️

A few more pictures following on from last Saturday at our Women’s wellness Retreat 🌺

A truly special day evolved from a dream I never thought possible.
The intention was to create a wellness day for women and provide a comforting safe space to allow the opportunity to connect with others and most importantly an opportunity to connect with self.

An inspiring group of women were invited to our , to slow down, pause and relax.

We provided as much home grown and local produce as we could to create a nutritious lunch and afternoon tea.

Yoga and meditation offered the change for these women to attune to springtime and receive its warmth.
The dried flower workshop offered an opportunity to embrace creativity and find a mindful flow of just being.

A truly memorable day. Big thank you my partner Heath and Flick from for joining me on this wonderful adventure to bring it all together. A very special thanks to all the likeminded women that took time out for themselves to enjoy this day. 🙏☺️❤️🌺

A perfect Spring morning 🌼 greeted us for our first Women’s Wellness day

The day commenced with a welcoming, warming herbal tea and yoga practice followed by a stroll through the stunning gardens. A wholesome and nourishing vegetarian lunch was enjoyed before a mindful dried flower workshop lead by Flick The day closed with a meditation under the trees.

It was such a pleasure hosting these women and enjoying a relaxing day of connection and wellness.

As we emerge from our winter hibernation, Now is the time to attune our body and spirit to spring, a new cycle of awakening. The perfect time for us to perhaps create our own intention, offering ourselves the opportunity of a fresh start.
Yoga for women resumes for a full 10 week term, beginning this Wednesday the 9th October 2024.

My intention with Yoga for women is to create a supportive space in which to practice.
The class caters to all levels, so even if you are a beginner and have been curious about starting yoga for a while then we welcome you with open arms. 🤗

Our location is on Nunn St, ground level with ample parking and easy access.
Practice runs every Wednesday throughout the school term 5.30pm - 6.30pm.
