It's been a bit quiet over here... I've been busy dreaming up some new workshops for this year!!

The first one is for the City of Swan, and we've named it 'Storylines'.. Stitching parts of your story on a panel that can be hung up, displayed on a table, sewn into a pouch or tucked away in a drawer, totally up to you!

When: 14th February
Time: 10am - 1pm
Where: Old Midland Courthouse

As the year is coming to an end, I’d like to share something pretty cool with you!

I’ve created a FREE *End of Year Journal* to support you to pause, reflect on the year that has been, and clarify your visions forward.

It takes you through a number of thoughtful steps to help you acknowledge what this year has held, release what’s ready to be left behind, and listen to what wants to emerge next.

This is not about pushing into the new year, but about creating space, honesty, and intention as you cross the threshold.

Feel free to move through it in your own time, return to it when needed, or share it with someone who might appreciate a moment of reflection.

I look forward to running my next free therapeutic art workshop on Saturday August 16th at the Ballajura Library.

In this reflective session, we are creating a three-panel shrine to explore our journey: where we’ve come from, where we are, and what’s calling us forward.

The image below shows a shrine-like triptych that we will be basing our art piece on. Yours will be similar, but different.

What if you gave yourself the space to listen... really listen... to your heart?

That’s what we do inside heART Maps.

It’s really not about being ‘good’ at art but about using colour, shape, and symbol to explore what’s stirring beneath the surface. To reconnect with what matters. To feel more you.

One participant shared just this week:
“This process is helping me meet myself again… gently, and without judgement.”
