Meet Elise — Co-Founder of Stronger Together, our dedicated Business Manager, and wife to Rodney Fejo 💙

Elise works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our office runs smoothly. From keeping things organised to supporting both staff and participants, she is an essential part of the Stronger Together family.

A proud and active member of our community, Elise brings passion, care and commitment into everything she does. She may be tiny, but she is definitely mighty! ✨

Outside of work, Elise is also a calisthenics teacher, sharing her energy and love for movement with others in the community.

We are so grateful for everything Elise does for us!

Meet Casey Jones, one of our dedicated support workers here at Stronger Together Support Services.

Born and raised in Darwin and coming from a large local family, Casey has been part of the Stronger Together team since July 2021 and has played an important role in supporting participants within our community.

Casey has a strong background in Youth Work and Community Services, with experience working in Don Dale, Larrakia Nation Night Patrol, and Primary Schools across Darwin while completing his studies.

Casey enjoys building strong connections with participants and finds it highly rewarding to support people in achieving their goals and engaging in community-based activities. His passion for helping others and making a positive difference continues to show through in the work he does every day 💙

Rodney Fejo, Director and Founder of Stronger Together Support Services.

Rodney has always been passionate about helping people from all walks of life, which inspired him to establish Stronger Together Support Services with a strong focus on providing meaningful, person-centred support within the community.

Through his previous work, Rodney has assisted people living with anxiety, depression, autism, alcoholism, domestic and family violence, and homelessness. His vision for Stronger Together Support Services is to provide high-quality support focused on each participant’s individual needs and achieving long-term outcomes that truly benefit the person. 💙

Another fantastic day with our adults group! ⛳🍝

The crew headed to Flight Path Golf & Outdoor Recreation to enjoy the driving range — one of their favourite activities! Golf encourages focus, coordination, patience, confidence and social connection.

To finish the day, the group worked together to make a delicious creamy carbonara, building independence, teamwork and everyday cooking skills in the kitchen.
