I’m so excited to share the refreshed logo for Flow State: Massage + Yoga | Embodied Healing Arts ✨

My new logo is a reflection of the essence behind Flow State: Embodied Healing Arts.
The hand represents care, grounding, and the gift of touch.
The aum above speaks to ancient yogic wisdom and the vibration that connects us all.
The leaves hold the energy of growth, healing, and nature’s cycles, while the waves symbolize flow, sound, and the movement of energy.

Together, these elements capture the heart of my offerings ~ yoga, massage, and sound woven into practices that nurture both body and spirit. 🌿✨

💆‍♀️ I’m now bringing the retreat experience to you with mobile massage – so you can receive deep rest and renewal in the comfort of your own space.

I adore what I do! 🙏

Holding space for others to learn or receive a healing modality is something I feel so darn lucky to do.

Simply sharing my knowledge and inclusive approach, to act as a conduit for others to receive what they need.

We are all deserving of this.

We should be striving to do that thing you that lights you up and is your service to this world.

Life’s simply way too short to not be!

expansion ✨

been certainly feelin a lot of feels lately! linked to the rapid changes in the collective consciousness & also internally on an individual level.

it’s almost like i’ve been riding on this ‘threshold wave’ of knowing things are changing and that things need to change but denial & comfort are like a familiar old cloak we like to wear before knowing great shifts are coming -

EXPANSION IRRITABILITY feels like a frustrated awareness that you’re not participating in you’re fullness of potential! but this is where the magick & the work comes in - a sense of trusting the emotional & universal process that is source energy gently guiding us -
