Just everyone thanks heaps for another great group fitness term. School holidays for the next 2 week. Over the school holidays classes will be:
Monday 29/6 & 6/7 Mixed, 9am Mirani car club $15pp
Wednesday 1/7 & 8/7 active in the regions, 9:15am Mirani board room $5pp
We return to all normal classes on Monday 13/7

Hey guys sorry but all classes are cancelled tomorrow due to Sunny having and eye infection and desperately needed to see the doctor. Sorry again. No Classes for the rest of the week, Classes are back to normal next Tuesday

Hi all no class Wednesday 3rd, Thursday the 4th or Monday 8th of June.

Next week Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd of June on as per usual.

Thankyou to everyone who came to the st Patrick's Day theme class yesterday. Massive class yesterday at chair/standing exercise in Mirani car club. With a kid off school he drew all the ladies exercising. Please message me for more information. All welcome.

Hey guys from now on, I need everyone to "book" in at all Gargett and Dows Creek classes. Just send me a message and let me know if you are coming. If I have no interest the class won't run. I need you to message me by 7am the day of the class. No need to book Mirani classes as there are always lots of people at these classes.

Hey guys just a couple of changes to the time table.
Wednesdays active in the region class will be a 9am still but it will be at the Mirani board room near the library
Fridays Free library chair exercise classes are now at 9:30am still at the board room near the library.
All other classes remain the same
