A *long overdue* moment for one of our favourite sponsored athletes Kalen Bennet

We have worked with Kal over a number of years to provide Exercise Physiology and Dietetics services to support his ongoing development as a formidable runner.

Kal has been an integral advocate for what we do and has represented and raced for Dynamic in a number of events where he has always managed to win the fastest run of the day, while being a great support for his team.

Most recently, Kal has returned form the Xterra World Championships Trail Run in Europe where he placed 2nd in the U/19.

In Kals own words
“As the youngest athlete in the entire field, I was racing in the most intimidating, brutal and unforgiving course I have ever faced. To compete against the best and walk away with this result is a massive achievement. The bar has been set. I can’t wait to see what is to come”.

Kimberley Open Short Course 2025

One of our favourite S&C trained juniors Mel raced 11 events over the weekend taking home 7x gold medals and 4x silver medals in tough conditions.
With long course heating up we can’t wait to see what’s in store for her over the next few months!

We are thrilled we had so many of our S&C athletes race so well over the weekend. They managed to obtain a huge number of podiums and PBs over 3 days of racing. All their hard work in and out of the pool continues to pay huge dividends and we are all for it💪

Mel had a phenomenal lead in, qualifying for a huge 18 races and electing to compete in 8.

Not only is she a beast in the gym, she’s also a beast on the bike!
A massive congratulations to for her exceptional year of racing. Chloe has held a clean sweep winning every event she’s entered for the Gravity Enduro and Downhill season this year. Her commitment to her sport both on the bike and in the gym is immense and we are thrilled to continue to train her S&C.
