The Noledge House is the only reason I would willingly jump out of a plane.
The jump was about more than facing a fear. It was a reminder that when you’re dealing with mental health challenges, having the right person beside you can make all the difference.
I’m proud to support the work of The Noledge House through Healing with Love Notes and grateful to have been part of this campaign. 💛

A Brisbane love notes business founder joined five other brave advocates leaping from a plane in a tandem skydive organised to promote a positive message about mental health in August.
CEO Rob Libeau of The Noledge House, the charity which led the awareness campaign, said: “Every person who jumped today experienced a moment where they had to trust someone else, let go of fear and take a leap into the unknown.”
“That experience reflects the reality faced by so many people in our community.
“Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges, living with disability, caring for a loved one or overcoming personal hardship, growth often begins when someone stands beside you and reminds you that you don’t have to do it alone,” Mr Libeau said.
One of the skydivers, Britt Lord, is the founder of Healingwithlovenotes based in South Brisbane.
Ms Lord’s business sells notes with supportive messages which can be shared with loved ones, friends and colleagues, with proceeds from each sale going to charity partners The Noledge House, Mito Foundation and Beyond Blue.
She took part in the community awareness campaign designed to demonstrate a simple but important message: “Conquering fear is achievable when you have the right support around you.”
