We can't always protect our little ones from everything... Kids are just nasty sometimes. My own included... It's so hard to teach them and mould who they become when they're in school and spending lots of time outside the home...
My heart broke for my little guy when he came home upset about the nastiness but I know this incident will help me continue to teach him about the importance of being kind to others...

Please don't feel like you need to track the amount of solids your bib is having down the tea spoon or half tea spoon amount...

There's already so much pressure on us as parents and carers and this just adds unnecessary stress and workload.

Your job is to offer and your little one's job is to decide how much they want to have.

My last baby and I wouldn't change a thing.

To my current community of mums. Society likes to tell us we're doing overturning wrong to sell us a solution but please remember it's ok to feed or cuddle or feed your babies to sleep if it works for you. They like being around us.

It's only a problem if it's a problem for YOU. Not because someone else tells you it's a problem.

You know how some foods like mango, banana, avocado and peaches just seem to slide right out of babies hands? It seems impossible for them to hold onto and feed themselves? There's a simple solution!

Give them a coating! Some of our favourites are almond meal, h**p seed, baby cereal, oat bran, LSA mix, ground nuts...

It adds a layer taking away the slimy, slipperiness but it also adds extra nutrients! What a win!

Tag a Mumma feeding a baby who may be able to use this info!
