She expertly presented her seminar on Pelvic Health across the Lifespan, to a room of interested doctors, specialists and practitioners alike. We ended the night with delicious food and a full contact list of referrers🤩

As your baby grows, your rib cage and surrounding muscles adapt to make room. Changes in posture, breathing patterns, thoracic mobility and increased load through the body can all contribute to rib and upper abdominal discomfort. 🤰

A great day out of the clinic with the Move Beyond team, getting to know the members at Project Better , having a chat about their goals and providing some hands-on treatment and exercise support.

With physiotherapy + exercise physiology, we love being able to meet people where they’re at. Whether that’s managing an injury, building strength, improving movement or simply helping people feel more confident in the gym.

Each year our East Melbourne community raises funds for Birthing Kit Foundation Australia to help supply clean birth kits to developing countries.

This year we were able to raise over $1300 for the chairty!

Square & Compass Cafe did an amazing job of helping us reward our amazing volunteers with hot coffees on short notice- Thank-you!

Introducing Dotti, our Physiotherapist

Dotti is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love, with special interests in sporting and gym injuries, acute and recurrent low back pain, and lower limb tendinopathies 🏃‍♀️💪

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her exploring Melbourne’s newest bakeries and wellness spots, staying active through hybrid training, and making the most of the outdoors with family and friends

Say hello to Lorrae — Osteopath 👋

Lorrae has a special interest in supporting women through pre and post-pregnancy care, managing complex hip and pelvic girdle conditions, and helping babies with feeding difficulties and head preferences 👶

Outside the clinic, weekends are often spent cheering on the sidelines at cricket and soccer, or enjoying hikes and bike rides through the beautiful Yarra Valley

We’re so grateful to have Lorrae as part of the Move Beyond team 🤩
