Dear Participant, Nominee and Plan Manager,

I hope you are all doing well.

I wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the Australian Government's staged changes to NDIS provider registration.

As many of you may already be aware, the Government is progressively expanding mandatory NDIS registration. From 2027 through to 2030, registration requirements are expected to extend to providers delivering higher-risk supports, including personal care and some assistance with daily living.

After careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision that, at this stage, I will not be seeking NDIS registration. As a small sole trader, the financial costs, audit requirements and ongoing administrative obligations associated with becoming a registered provider are unfortunately not sustainable for my business at this time.

What does this mean?

At present, there is no immediate change to the services I provide, and I will continue supporting participants as I currently do while I am legally able to under the NDIS rules.

Based on the information currently available, I expect to be able to continue providing supports such as:

- Community participation and community access.
- Capacity Building – Daily Living and Life Skills.
- Household and domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general household tasks.
- Transport and provider travel associated with these supports.

The area most likely to be affected by the upcoming reforms is hands-on personal care, including supports such as:

- Showering and bathing.
- Dressing.
- Toileting and continence support.
- Grooming and personal hygiene.
- Other direct personal care activities.

If these changes proceed as proposed, I may no longer be able to provide personal care supports once mandatory registration becomes a requirement for those services. Should this affect your supports in the future, I will provide plenty of notice and work with you, your nominee, plan manager and support coordinator (where applicable) to ensure a smooth transition and minimise any disruption to your care.

Please note that these changes are being introduced gradually, and further information from the NDIS is still being released. I will continue to monitor updates closely and keep everyone informed as more details become available.

Thank you for your continued trust and support. It is a privilege to work alongside each of you, and I remain committed to providing high-quality, person-centred supports for as long as I am able within the NDIS guidelines.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss how these changes may affect your individual circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards,

Dymanty Fulham

NDIS changes from July 1st

The new pricing scheduled has new line item numbers for services.

One of the biggest changes that impacts independent business is that STA is now broken into accommodation day rate for participants and providers.

This day rate for accommodation does not include food, if the STA is not in a centre, it is the room only. Invoices will be best kept for evidence.

For support worker there is accommodation and then the hotel they work under the usual support work line item numbers.

In January where there will be tiered fees social & community is proposed to decrease by 10% for unregistered providers.

Please reach out if you have questions

Important Update

As of 1st July, I will be returning to operating as a sole trader.

This has been a difficult decision and one that has not been made lightly. Due to increasing company costs, it has become necessary to take this next step. While the business structure and invoicings systems may be changing, my commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred support remains exactly the same.

I will continue to uphold the values that have always been at the heart of Manty & Co and New Light Disability & Counselling Services — love, compassion, respect, and support.
Services will continue as normal, with updated service agreements to be provided in the coming weeks.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me:

Thank you for your ongoing support and trust. I look forward to continuing to walk alongside you on your journey.

Ok… seems we have a sibling that will 100% try to outdo each other here!!! 🤣💙
We come from a long line of family competition and clearly nothing has changed!

My sister, Vettie Southgate , is also raising money for the Riley Round.

Her message:
“Help me reach my $500 goal and please let me beat Pumbaa 🤣”

Honestly… nothing like a bit of sibling rivalry for a good cause 😂❄️

But in all seriousness, while we may joke and they will compete with each other, the reason behind this event is incredibly important and a little bittersweet. 💙

Crib Point Junior Football Club and the senior club are raising funds to support Riley & his family as he battles - a cruel disease that impacts not only the person fighting it, but their entire family and community as well.

So whether you donate to Yvette, Joshua, or simply share the posts, every dollar raised helps support the fight against MND and shows Riley and his family they are not facing this battle alone.

Let’s put the sibling rivalry aside for a minute and absolutely smash these fundraising goals together 💙❄️

My brother, Joshua Gartland , has been nominated by his Under 14 Girls Footy team to take part in the MND Big Freeze with funds raised going to a local legend currently fighting Motor Neurone Disease.

Riley's Round is such a fantastic initiative by both the Crib Point Football Netball Club & Crib Point Junior Football Club. Riley is a genuinely great guy, and Pumba more than happy and honored to put his hand up, go down the slide, and help raise some funds for him and his family. 💙❄️

Let’s get to the minimum $500 target — but honestly, I’d/we would all love to absolutely smash it! Every dollar counts and every share helps.
Please donate if you can and share this post far and wide so we can get behind an amazing cause and an amazing family. 💙

The theme is Disney, and Pumba Is also open to costume ideas! He does already have one in mind, but would love to hear everyone’s suggestions 👀✨
