⭐️ Welcome Physiotherapist Amy Feldman - fantastic to have you as part of the Team at Reform Physiotherapy and Pilates Clinic! ⭐️
Amy is a passionate physiotherapist who enjoys helping people return to the activities they love, whether that’s sport, dance, or everyday movement. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Adelaide with First Class Honours and works in private practice with a special interest in sports, musculoskeletal, and dance physiotherapy.
Amy has a strong background in Pilates and has many years of experience teaching both mat and equipment-based classes. After further training and accreditation through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, she now uses Pilates as part of personalised rehabilitation programs, supporting clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
Amy is a competitive Irish dancer with over 20 years of experience competing at state, national, and international levels. Following 18 months on the sidelines previously with a fractured foot, she has returned to competing internationally and continues to represent Australia, giving her a first-hand understanding of the physical demands of dance, rehabilitation, return to sport and high‑performance. Amy also has experience across a range of movement styles, including Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, and figure skating. This lived experience allows her to relate closely to dancers and athletes, while also applying the same care and understanding to everyday patients.
Amy is currently the Physiotherapist for West Torrens Birkalla Women’s Soccer Team and has previously supported junior SANFL teams, developing a strong understanding of injury prevention, recovery, and long-term performance.
She also holds a Certificate IV in Fitness and uses a combination of hands-on treatment, tailored exercises, and the latest evidence-based approaches to provide individualised and comprehensive care.Amy’s goal is to empower her patients, helping them feel confident, strong, and supported throughout their recovery.
