Peace doesn’t live here because you’ve strived to find perfection.

Rather you’ve sat in the places that you chose not to hide from anymore.

The moments that follow are truly the wildest experiences because the subtle healing you’ve been trying to shift believing there was something wrong with you for years, no longer exist.

Peaceful prayer isn’t something I asked for; sacred land delivered it to me. It sang its song through my bones and asked me to receive the medicine I had been asking for, for years.

The medicine wasn’t delivered in the ways I thought it should, rather in breakthrough moments that’s guided me back to me. Loving me, hearing me and healing me.

My content isn’t perfect. It isn’t scripted it’s moments in time that a spark of creativity moves through me.

My alchemy medicines come through to n a similar thread. One that calls for the sisters and brothers who too work through the values of alignment and wish to deepen into the remembrance of being an integral asset within this interconnected web. A web far greater than the mind can comprehend. Not a web that distracts us from the present moment, rather a web that invites us into the centre of it.

I won’t move beforehand.
I honour the process.

I continue to practise remembering my reflections must come from my internal radar of where my values match who it is that I have around me.

Otherwise I am ultimately living in a riverbank full of sharks. Not sharks because the people are sharky and sharks are no good. Sharks because they are a different species to me; the habitat is a mismatch and I am human.

I crave other humans who value humility, kindness and connections in love.

All comes down to the love that has existed in my own healing journey. The journey of connecting back to the knowing I was born from love, I am love and love lives within me.

I am opening my books for a 1:1 mentorship. Not one where I talk you through what it is you need to know or do; rather one that I witness and love you in all the expressions of you.

I have grown to be this for little me; I am still this for her. We are forever growing, learning and loving the parts of us that are ready to be seen and integrated back into wholeness.

My work is guided by Spirit and to those who share in the medicine I am here to deliver, I thank you for walking this path with me.

A love that I experienced as greater than I am in that moment. A love that existed in my heart. A love for my children.

This same love continues to be gifted to me. The knowings of who I am.
The guidance in what I am to do.
The actions that are a shared receivership of this love.

It my simplest, rawest form.

In who I am here to be; create from.

My alchemy is this reminder that love exist in creation ; in you.

You are a divine being of love.
This is one of the greatest gifts we will receive in.

Where do our symptoms and diagnoses come from?

What was our brain seeking or needing in those moments that later became understood as a perceived deficit?

As we begin to question these lived experiences with a curiosity free from judgement, we open ourselves to a deeper understanding.

How has an unmet need become something we now endlessly seek through external validation, leaving us feeling not enough, unworthy and unloved?

Peaceful prayer has been this journey of vulnerability, kindness and love for me.

An opening to be with the thoughts that are trying to protect me from feeling these mistruths and yet underneath the surface there is just a little me observing where I thought I didn’t belong.

These three words sum up how I currently feel about the energies I am both receiving from and becoming

LIGHTER
FREER
FULLER
