I’ve been pretty quiet on here for the last couple of weeks, but behind the scenes I’ve been working on something that I’m genuinely excited about.
And strangely enough, it’s probably less about training than most things I’ve created.
The idea came from thinking about what being genuinely fit and healthy actually looks like outside the four walls of a gym.
Training matters. Of course it does.
But so does getting outside. Walking more. Eating mostly real food. Drinking enough water. Sleeping properly. Reading instead of endlessly scrolling.
Finding some time to slow down. Having a bit of discipline around the things you know make you feel better.
None of that is groundbreaking.
Doing it consistently is the hard part.
So I’ve been building something around a pretty simple question:
What would happen if, for 60 days, a group of already active people deliberately raised the standard across all of it?
Not chasing perfection obsessively. And definitely not one of those challenges where one b**r or one missed workout means you’ve somehow failed.
Just 60 days of putting a little more effort into the things that make us stronger, healthier and more capable humans.
There’ll be training. There’ll be time outside. There’ll be some lifestyle stuff that might push a few people out of their comfort zone.
And there’ll definitely be a bit of friendly competition thrown in.
I’ll explain what I’ve been building properly soon.
But for now, put October 12 in the back of your mind.
60 days.
I reckon this one is going to be fun.
