A recent Norwegian study found neurofeedback training to be just as effective as Ritalin for treating children with ADHD. It can also enhance athletes, artists, and students ability to focus. Resulting in winning a race, have heightened creativity or being able to retain more information to excel in that important test. Focusing on the central nervous system it identifies turbulent brainwaves training your brain through music to “reset” itself by finding the place of elegance in your brain and changing the trajectory. All of the training is non-invasive and with repeated training sessions overtime your brain’s activity becomes more resilient, more flexible, less reactive to negative stressors, and gives you improved health and well-being. If you are unable to sit and listen to music for 34 minutes at a time we are able to complete this to a movie of your choice. In a session we place 3 sensors on the ears and two on the top of the scalp. These sensors read your brains frequencies and when it becomes turbulent a noise interruption takes place training your central nervous system to change the trajectory.
