🤍 Invisible Disabilities Week | October 18–24

Not every disability is visible. Many people live with chronic illness, pain, fatigue and other challenges that aren’t always obvious.

Let’s challenge assumptions, listen without judgment, and remember that looking fine doesn’t always mean feeling fine. 💜

You don’t have to see someone’s disability to respect its impact.

❤️ World Heart Day

Not all heart conditions are visible.
Conditions such as POTS, congenital heart conditions, cardiomyopathies, arrhythmias and heart failure can affect someone’s daily life in ways you may not see.

At Linking the Next Step, we recognise that heart and cardiovascular conditions can be invisible disabilities, and that the support someone needs may not always be obvious from the outside.

💙 Invisible doesn’t mean it isn’t real.
This World Heart Day, let’s listen, understand and support those living with conditions we cannot always see.
