Frozen Shoulder? It could be more than just shoulder pain.

Many people think shoulder pain is caused by sleeping the wrong way or lifting something heavy.

In reality, frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) occurs when the shoulder capsule becomes tight and inflamed, causing pain and restricting movement.
