Cancellations Policy
Provider will always give participant as much notice as possible if they have to change or cancel an appointment or service. Provider will not charge for any appointment or services that they cancel
Participant can cancel a service with 2 clear business days notice without being charged.
If participant gives less than 2 clear business days’ notice, or doesn’t arrive at an appointment, then a charge is made according to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits rules which may be up to 100% of the fees that would have charged if the service went ahead.
Provider will always try to find something else to work on towards achieving plan goals if there is a late notice cancellation due to change of plans.

Non Face to Face
Conditions for Charging for Non Face-to-Face Support
For a provider to successfully claim payment for non face-to-face support, all the following conditions must be met:
1. NDIS Pricing Guidelines:
The activity must be permitted under the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) for that specific support item and be endorsed within the service agreement.
2. Specific to the Participant:
The time spent must be for activities that directly benefit a particular participant, not for general business functions. The activities are part of delivering a specific disability support to that participant.
3. Participant Agreement:
The provider must explain the activity and its cost to the participant and obtain their agreement to pay in advance.
4. Value for Money:
The participant must understand why the activity represents good value for their funding.

Claiming Partial Hours of support
To claim partial NDIS hours, providers should use units or fractions of hours instead of whole hours, ensuring they claim for the exact time the support was delivered. For example, a 30-minute support session should be claimed as 0.5 units or 0.30 hours, not the full hourly rate.
Important Considerations
• Consistency:
You must use either the number of units or the time in hours—not both—when submitting a claim.
• NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL):
Always refer to the current PAPL for specific rules on how to claim for different types of support, as these can be updated.
• Accuracy:
Claims should accurately reflect the time spent on the support provided to ensure compliance and proper management of NDIS funds.
