Today, member of the Just Better Care Northern Beaches & Northern Suburbs team attended the Sydney Disability Expo at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park. The Expo brings together disability service providers, allied health professionals, community organisations, and people living with disability to share knowledge, discover new services, and build meaningful connections.

It was a fantastic opportunity to meet passionate professionals, learn about the latest innovations in disability support, and explore new ways we can continue delivering high quality, person centred care to our community.

A big thank you to everyone we met today. We enjoyed the conversations, the insights, and the opportunity to connect with so many dedicated organisations making a positive difference.

One of our lovely colleagues brought her baby's favourite doll into the office today to help her feel a little closer to home. โค๏ธ

Of course, it did not take long for the rest of the team to put our newest "employee" to work! After a quick orientation, she was promoted to the keyboard and looked very focused on answering emails. ๐Ÿ˜„

Sometimes it is the little moments like these that brighten the workday and remind us that behind every great team are wonderful families, laughter and a supportive workplace.

We are not sure she will be back tomorrow... but we think she made a pretty good first impression! ๐Ÿ’™
