In a world getting more crazy, dominated by AI & keeping us in our homes, on tech & segregated, and with the increasing uprising of the far right (wtf) and hate. Make choices to keep your biggest pleasure organ (your brain) safe and nurtured. And protect your little people by reducing tech in their lives. As a S*xologist and previously a Steiner teacher, I can not stress how damaging tech is to our children’s lives.

Humans are animals and our animal pleasure body needs to play, move, explore, touch, wander, have time for quiet and reflection, sing, discover etc…. Pleasure is something we need to protect as AI is sweeping into our lives. True joy, true wisdom is a quality that lays within and expanded when shared together, human to human.

Keep your minds and bodies wild. Make wonder a priority.
