Keeping pets warm this winter ❄️💛

We were delighted to donate a collection of pet jackets and warm winter clothing to the Norlane Community Centre, helping ensure that pets in the community can stay warm, comfortable and cared for during the colder months.

For many people doing it tough, meeting the needs of their beloved pets can be an added challenge. Small acts of support like these can make a meaningful difference for both pets and their owners.

A big thank you to everyone who helps makes donations like this possible. Together, we’re helping keep pets healthy, happy and by the side of the people who love them most.

More than just a night out ✨

On 16 October, our community will come together for an evening of connection, generosity, and purpose at the Don’t Forget My Pet Gala.

Guests will enjoy a beautiful evening at Mount Duneed Estate, complete with delicious food, drinks, entertainment, and the opportunity to connect with others who believe in the power of compassion and community. But beyond the atmosphere, the conversations, and celebrations, this night is about something much bigger.

Each ticket purchased helps us continue supporting people facing some of life’s hardest circumstances. Whether it’s someone experiencing illness, financial hardship, housing insecurity or a major life transition, pets are often a source of comfort, stability, and unconditional love during these challenging times.

When you attend our Gala, you’re not simply joining us for a wonderful evening - you are helping provide emergency pet food, veterinary care, foster support, and practical assistance that keeps people and their pets together when they need each other most.

Every seat at the table represents hope, compassion, and the belief that no one should have to face the hardship alone.

🐾 A MASSIVE thank you to our friends at Feed Me Surf Coast! 🐾

If you've ever tried to take a photo with two very food-motivated dogs nearby... you'll understand exactly what we were working with here. 😂

Digga and Nelson had absolutely no chill — and Digga? He fully attempted to climb into the boot to get to the goodies. Truly dedicated to the cause. 🐶💨

Feed Me Surf Coast have once again come through with an incredible donation of pet food for our Pet Food Bank, and we are so deeply grateful. It is one of the most beautiful things to witness — charities standing shoulder to shoulder, holding each other up, so that together we can reach more people and more pets in our community.

Every bag of food donated means a vulnerable person or a person doing it tough, doesn't have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their furry family member. That's the power of what you do. 🧡

🐾 Can you help Jye while his dad gets back on his feet?

Meet Jye — a three-year-old staffy cross with a heart as big as his smile.

Right now, Jye's dad is facing something hard. He needs to get some medical help, the kind that can't wait. But there's one thing holding him back: Jye. Because to his dad, Jye isn't just a dog. He's his best mate, his shadow, his whole world. And the thought of leaving him behind is the very thing stopping him from getting the care he needs.

That's where you might come in.

We're looking for a special foster carer to look after Jye for a little while, so his dad can focus on getting better — knowing his boy is safe, loved, and waiting for him.

A little about Jye:
🐶 He's a big sook who lives for a good snuggle
🐶 He can be a bit boisterous, so a home without children would suit him best
🐶 He hasn't spent much time around other animals, so he'd be happiest as the only pet
🐶 He's still working on his lead manners and his recall (treats are very persuasive!)

What Jye needs most is a little patience, a comfy spot on the couch, and someone willing to give him a soft place to land while his dad gets the help he needs.

Because no one should have to choose between their own health and the mate who's stood by them through everything.
