Sometimes it’s just a feeling that your child is finding certain things a little harder than they should be.

My Pre-Season Sport Prep & Injury Risk Screen is designed for junior and senior athletes wanting to start the season strong and prepared.

In this 60-minute 1:1 assessment, we identify:

• strength issues
• movement problems
• balance and control issues
• and previous injuries

I will create you a personalised program that addresses any issues that we find and to hopefully prevent any injuries or niggles during the season.

Ideal for netball, footy, soccer and other winter sports. Suitable for all age groups.

Pregnancy comes with a lot of advice — and not all of it is evidence-based.

You do not automatically need to stop lifting.
You do not automatically need to avoid core work.
And training is not “bad” for your pelvic floor.

For women with a low-risk pregnancy who were strength training prior to pregnancy, smart, structured training can help maintain strength, confidence, and capacity throughout pregnancy.

Pregnancy is the season to train intelligently.
