“When are you due again”, “Are you still pregnant”, “Hurry up and have this baby already”.

Have you found yourself getting asked these questions over and over again? It adds a lot of pressure right?

Let this be your reminder that your body and baby know when the perfect time is to give birth.

Don't be fooled into being told when your "due date" is suppose to be.

Let this be your reminder that your motherly intuition is and always will be your superpower!

Your intuition is your strongest navigation tool and the best ‘decision maker’ you’ll ever have access to during your pregnancy.

Often times your intuition may get overwhelmed by the distractions and interference of the world and you may start losing yourself. Don't allow the preconceptions of others to influence you and your decision!

When distracted make time for self connections and practise listening to your body.

We will do all the prep work that will lead you to growing, birthing and mothering your baby with confidence. I can also prepare your partner to be the ultimate support person.

I will help you build trust in your body and your baby with education and connection. We will talk about the birth process, understanding the birth hormones and how people and places can have an affect on this.

I will be there to offer you emotional support and will reconnect you back to yourself. I use different modalities to support you mentally, emotionally and spiritually through this beautiful journey.

Whether you are birthing at home or hospital I will talk you through policies, routine procedures and I’ll give you evidence based information to help you make decisions that are right for you and your baby.

I’ll go through the role of your birth support person and give them all the tips to ensure they rock solid for you.

We’ll develop your birth plan and prepare you for breastfeeding and for your postpartum period.

Trust your motherly instincts!
Every baby is different.
Every birth is different.

We all come in different shapes and sizes.

We all get our menstrual cycles at different ages and our cycles run for different lengths of time.

Every baby, body and birth is different.

However you will find that the hospital system views that all births should be the same. Should look the same, progress the same and take the same amount of time.
And if they don’t, they will interfere.

You know your body and your baby best.

Go by what you feel and trust yourself.

Hold your power!

Say it loud!

Your body and your baby know when it’s the perfect time to birth your baby, your body knows which hormones to release during labour to help bring your baby earth side, your body even knows how to push your baby out without you actively trying to push!

Your body and your baby work together, they do a beautiful rhythmical dance.

Your powerful uterus moving your baby down, your body softly opening and shifting to create space, your baby rotating to perfectly navigate their portal into this world.

Don’t for one second doubt your ability, power and strength.

Women were created with every tool needed to give birth!
