The weather is looking amazing for hiking, and I’m so excited to be heading back into the rainforest in the Gold Coast Hinterland for our Spring Equinox retreat.

Rainforest hiking, sunrise yoga, nature connection, laughter and a special fire ceremony. Most women come solo, leaving with new friends.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to get out into the rainforest and do something just for you, this might be it.
