South Australian speech pathologists: Birch Allied Health is growing.

We're expanding our allied health team and looking for a speech pathologist who enjoys working independently while remaining connected to a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule while delivering meaningful outcomes for NDIS participants across community, home and clinic settings.

The role may include:

• functional communication assessments
• swallowing (dysphagia) assessments
• AAC assessments and recommendations
• therapy planning and participant support
•communication reports and support plans.

With strong referral pathways, full administrative support and ongoing clinical development opportunities, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding caseload in South Australia.

Accepting mental health means making space for honest conversations, recognising when support is needed, and knowing that connection can be powerful.

At Birch Care, meaningful activities such as community outings are about more than getting out of the house. They can create opportunities for confidence, friendships, inclusion and choice.

For eligible NDIS participants, supports may help build independence and participation in the community in ways that feel safe, enjoyable and personal.

We are a proud NDIS Registered Provider supporting people aged 5 to 65 across the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Logan, Beenleigh, Ipswich, Brisbane and Beaudesert.

Our services include personal care, community access, accommodation supports including SIL, ILO and STR, community participation, transport, daily personal activities, post-hospital care, overnight support and school holiday programs.
