That’s the gap I am here to fill. 🩸

The fact that only 3% of research funding in Australia goes to women’s health says a lot. Most women still have no idea that PMDD is even a thing or that it exists as a cyclical experience.

This is why I am so passionate about the work I do in the world and WHY menstrual education matters!

I created a guide for women who have or suspect they may have PMDD to help you learn and understand your body so that you can powerfully support yourself through your menstrual cycle.

This guide includes 7 audio teachings, a community for you to connect with other women on the same journey + educational resources to help you integrate and apply what you’re learning to your daily life.

I see you. You are not alone.

Honestly it was more painful for me to continue to repeat toxic cycles than it was for me to break them.

Holding onto past experiences and pain does not serve us.

It quite literally makes us sick. Continuing to swirl around in it and keep ourselves attached to the same familiar yet unhealthy bu****it is the entire problem.

Did people hurt and traumatise me YES. But will I continue to allow them to hold power over me and define the outcomes of my future NO. Both things can be true.

I was a victim of abuse. Mental, sexual, physical violence, emotional. But will I remain a victim to those circumstances ABSOLUTELY FU***NG NOT.

Because the actual truth is I would not be this fierce, ambitious, don’t f**k with me kinda woman if not for everything I had to move through in my early life.

I have a fight in me and a fire in my belly that’s always kept me moving the needle forward in my life. Because I refused to let those who were trying to box me up, make me feel small or control me win.

I couldn’t possible give them that satisfaction.

And guess what I thought I didn’t have a choice either once. I thought my only choice was to end my life. But I did make a choice. A choice to stay. A choice to heal. I choice to break generational trauma and create a new narrative for me and my family.

So when people tell me they don’t have a choice I lovingly challenge that belief you hold. Whilst also acknowledging that YES when you are in it, it feels like there’s no way out or you can’t see the way out.

But I can assure you where there is a will there is a way.

The willingness to change. You’re either willing or you’re not.

I truly went from clots in menstrual blood, painful irregular cycles, hormonal acne, intense moods, suicidal ideation & my hair falling out in clumps…

A woman who truly dreaded her cycle & felt like a prisoner in my own body.

To now a woman who honours the sacredness of the menstrual cycle and how it guides me & a woman who now teaches others how to do the same.

Womb work is truly the most potent and powerful work. And it truly takes such devotion and such reverence as we learn our own body and the return home to our cyclical rhythms.

It wasn’t until I started shifting my lifestyle habits and taking a full body approach to healing that I realised all of the contributing factors that had been impacting the health of my cycle since menarche.

Once I had seen it I couldn’t unsee it. But I’m truly grateful to move through life now having gained this wisdom and knowledge.

If you’re ready to connect with your body and return home to your cyclical rhythm I can assure you, you are in the right place and if you want to find out more about my work and working together shoot me a dm and let’s chat 💬
