May preorders are officially open, Gold Coast Friends!!! 🤗

This month, I’m so excited to introduce two new creations I’ve been working on for you.

First, a homemade granola - no refined sugars, no vegetable oils, no dairy, made with gluten-free oats because I couldn’t find anything like it in the shops, so I made it for us instead. Crispy, nourishing and exactly what busy mornings need.

And we’re also launching a GOLDEN KAFFIR LIME CHICKEN CURRY - warming, spiced and packed with all those flavours I know you already love. Tender organic chicken thighs, slow-cooked in a fragrant homemade paste of galangal, lemongrass, fresh ginger and kaffir lime leaves. Super yummy and perfect for these cooler nights.

Of course, all your favourites are in stock too. 🙌
