Think of your energy like a personal Wi-Fi signal - everything you think, feel, and focus on sends out a signal into your world. Most of us aren’t even aware of it, but your energy is always influencing your choices, your relationships, and the opportunities that come to you.

Here’s the thing: when you notice your energy, you can choose where to aim it. That’s the difference between feeling scattered, reactive, or drained - and feeling aligned, creative, and magnetic.

If you're keen, here's a small experiment you can try: Pause for a moment. Ask yourself “what part of my day lights me up?” Maybe it’s a task, a conversation, or even a moment of silence. There’s something powerful about coming back to 'now' - not replaying what’s already happened, not fast-forwarding into what might go wrong - just this breath, this moment, this choice.

When you ground myself in the present, you regulate your energy. You notice what you're thinking, you feel what’s happening in you body. And instead of reacting automatically, you respond intentionally. That’s when your internal signal changes because the energy you bring to this moment influences the conversations you have, the decisions you make, and the opportunities you notice.

When you're scattered, you create scattered results. When you're clear, calm, and aligned you move differently.

If you’re open to it, try this:
Pause.
Take one steady breath.
Ask yourself, “Who do I want to be in this moment?”
Then act from that version of you.

✨ I notice the flow of my thoughts and sensations without judgement ✨

So often we’re caught up in the content of our thoughts - analysing, resisting, and reacting. But there’s real power in stepping back and simply observing. When you notice your inner world without judgement, you create space. And in that space, you create choice. This is where the THRIVEessence philosophy begins.

Thoughts and sensations aren’t the problem - unconscious identification with them is. When you become the calm observer of your internal experience, you build a stable foundation for intentional living. From that grounded place, your responses become deliberate rather than automatic. You may notice that awareness stabilises you, stability strengthens you, and strength allows you to consciously create.

Try this practice today:
1️⃣ Pause and observe your current thoughts without trying to change them.
2️⃣ Notice any sensations in your body - simply label them without buying into them.

Most of us go through the day unconsciously, reacting to what’s around us. But when you pause and notice your focus, you realise you have a choice: you can tune it toward scarcity… or toward the abundance you truly desire.

Awareness is the first step. Choice is the second. By consciously harmonising your attention with what you want, you start to align your actions, thoughts, and decisions with that reality.

Try this experiment today:
1️⃣ Pause for a moment and notice how you’re feeling.
2️⃣ Identify one thing you truly want to attract.
3️⃣ Shift your focus toward that desire and act in ways that reflect it.
