The meaning of Gaia.

She is not just the Earth beneath our feet,
But the living breath that rises through the roots and the rivers.

She is the heartbeat pulsing within wombs and wild places,
An ancient guide who whispers us home.

Gaia is the Mother of Mothers —
Holding us through birth, transitions, grief, becoming, growth, and offers a constant stream of support.

It is in her rhythm, we are invited to remember that we are never separate from her.
We are of her.
We are her.

In the quiet moments between two heartbeats,
Soft as moss yet strong as mountains
A new soul being welcomed within the womb

Beneath the turning tides of the moon,
And the sun’s warmth upon the land,
In this space we gather, we tend, we hold, guided by Gaia’s hand

Seasons that show us the way forward,
Yet also invite us to remember what was

The waters that sing within the body
The fire that illuminates the spirit
The air of voice that moves freely
Anchored to the Earth below our feet

Holding mothers, fathers, children, families
In a haven that honours the thresholds,
That loves beyond no limit

Where the language spoken is compassion
Where the mystery of life is trusted
