As we approach one year under new ownership, we’ve been reflecting on how much has changed across The hCG Diet Australia.

Over the past 12 months, we have expanded our product range, introduced support and wellness patches, improved customer communication, updated program resources, introduced new droppers and strengthened our packing and order processes.

Some changes have been easy to see, while many others have happened quietly behind the scenes.

We are still learning, listening and improving, but every change has been made with the goal of creating a clearer, more supportive and more reliable experience for our customers.

A small update to make dosing easier

This is something we have been planning for some time, and from now on, Drops Phases 1 & 2 orders will include a measured dropper.

We’ve introduced this as an additional option to make dosing easier, clearer and more convenient for customers who prefer a measured guide.

Important dosing note: the measured dropper is a guide only. The correct dose is based on the number of drops taken.

Please choose one dosing option only:

Option 1: 10 drops, 3 times daily
Option 2: 15 drops, 2 times daily

Do not take both dosing options.

Both options equal 30 drops per day when taken as directed.

As a measured guide:

10 drops = 0.4 ml
15 drops = 0.6 ml

A 30 ml bottle is designed to provide 23 days, and a 50 ml bottle is designed to provide 42 days, when taken as directed.

For the most accurate dosing, drop onto a spoon first, count each drop, and check that the drops are dispensing separately and consistently before taking your dose.

Please continue to follow the dosage instructions provided with your program.

A positive update about Drops Phases 1 & 2

As our previous supplier has closed down, we have moved the production of our Drops Phases 1 & 2 to the same experienced local naturopathic supplier who has always made our Phase 3 drops.

They have been operating for 45 years, and we’re pleased to now have both our Phase 1 & 2 and Phase 3 drops made through the same trusted naturopathic team.

The drops are still used in the same way during Phases 1 & 2 of The HCG Diet Australia program. The main update is to the ingredient profile and liquid base, with some thoughtful additions to the ingredient list.

Some customers may notice a slightly different taste compared with previous bottles. This is expected and is due to the updated ingredient profile and liquid base.

The updated ingredient profile is now listed on the product page for easy reference.
