I can't wait to welcome you back to the mat for another term of yoga.

Whether you're returning after a break or thinking about joining us for the first time, you're warmly invited.

My classes are suitable for all levels, and beginners are always welcome.

To help create a little more space and comfort in class, I’m adding an extra Monday evening class to the timetable πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

🌟🌟NEW Monday schedule:

6pm - Hands-Free HathaοΏ½7.15pm - Hatha Yoga

The new Hands-Free Hatha class avoids weight-bearing on the hands, wrists and arms, making it a great option for anyone wanting to give those areas a little break, while still enjoying a full, balanced Hatha class.

Both classes are suitable for everyone, so it may simply come down to which time suits you best.

Classes are held at Goodwood Theatre & Studios, 166 Goodwood Road, Goodwood.

Kanti Yoga classes are moving into Goodwood Theatre & Studios πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

I’m really looking forward to teaching my classes from this lovely new location, and would love to say a big thank you to Simone and Chris for welcoming in Kanti Yoga.

Classes begin here on the 27th of April, that’s tomorrow!😊

We have a lovely room for our classes, a welcoming lounge area to relax or chat before/after class, and bathrooms with space to get changed if you need.

A little heads-up for this echo need to drive to class, there is no dedicated parking, so please do give yourself a little extra time to find street parking πŸš—πŸš—

Classes are almost fully booked for the first day of classes, there are four spots left for the morning class, and only one spot left for the evening class, so do book now if you want to come along βœ…

I’m so excited to be moving all classes to Goodwood Theatre & Studios! It’s such a lovely, welcoming venue and I think you’re going to love the feel of it.

Even better, this means all classes are now in the one place, with a cosy lounge area to settle into before class or stay for a chat afterwards.

Great News!

When classes return for Term 2 on Monday 27th April, we'll be practicing in the beautiful Goodwood Theatre and Studios.

Classes will be Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9.30am and Monday nights at 7pm.

Thank you to Simone and Chris for welcoming Kanti Yoga into your space, I'm really looking forward to bringing our communities together.
