In the next copuple of months we will be offering a new therapy, Trauma processing using Brainspotting for mums and bubs. Birth trauma is really common and babies can hold trauma in their bodies just like an adult can. If your baby has been medically cleared but they are still fussy and hard to settle, highly strung they could be suffereing from Birth trauma. Vanessa will be working with mum and baby and I will be working with mum specifically on her trauma.
