For legal reasons: this is clinical hypnotherapy, always conducted safely and by explicit consent.

Somehow people always leave smiling and they rebook, too. Guess it works 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is 8D audio, panning from your left to right ear.

If you hold a ball and watch it as you pass across from left to right, you’re doing a similar activation.

Bilateral stimulation (BLS) is calming for a number of neuropsychological reasons.

What’s important is that it doesn’t “relax you” in a superficial way, it shifts how the brain and nervous system are processing information in real time.

When someone is anxious or activated, processing becomes right-hemisphere dominant (emotion, threat detection, survival memory).

Bilateral stimulation alternates activation across hemispheres, which:

🌊 Reduces emotional flooding
🌊 Increases integration with left-hemisphere functions (language, sequencing, meaning-making)

This integration naturally dampens limbic overactivation.

In simple terms: the brain can’t stay in pure “alarm mode” while it’s being rhythmically coordinated.

BLS often works especially well for neurodivergent people (including ADHD, autistic & trauma-adapted nervous systems) because it aligns with how our brains already process input & regulation.

There are other compelling reasons too.

But regardless, just hold the phone under your chin and try it for yourself.

Let me know what you think? I hope you are okay.

I believe this:

A person in threat, shame, freeze, anxiety or overwhelm simply cannot access the same choices and think as creatively as a person who is occupying a much more resourceful and open-minded state.

Less survival oriented and more solutions oriented.

But so often we try to analyse and solve a problem logically while still sitting mentally in the very same state that created them.

We get really hard on ourselves. Panicky.

Telling ourselves to “be more disciplined.”
“Stop overthinking.”
“Just get on with it.”

But if your mind and body are stuck in survival mode, those solutions often create more pressure, more shame and more frustration.

That’s why I focus so much on changing state first. Stablising.

Emotional regulation and felt messages of safety.

Because we don’t solve the problem from the same state that created the loop.

Or as Einstein famously said:

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”

When the state changes and nervous system settles, so many more new options become visible.

Change work. Inner work.

Transformation. Soul Awakening.

Sometimes being brave and looking hard truths in the eyes is rough.

Sometimes it gets a little worse, but that’s before it gets way, way better.

Trust me, it’s better on the other side. I wouldn’t have it any other way ❤️‍🔥

Trust the process.
