Support Worker Opportunity!
North Brisbane / Moreton Bay

Thriving Ability Support is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.

What we offer:
• Ongoing casual position with room for growth
• 3–4 hour afternoon shifts
• Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
• SCHADS Award wages + super
• Supportive and friendly team environment

About the role:
You’ll be supporting NDIS participants with community access and social inclusion, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in the community. Activities may include outings, shopping, recreational activities, skill development, and transport to appointments.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly, patient and motivated
• Confident working independently
• Passionate about making a positive difference

Essential requirements:
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Blue Card
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Current driver’s licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
