Trust in the strength within you
There is a quiet strength that lives within you as your baby grows, as your body adapts to change, and as it gently prepares for labour and the transition into motherhood.
Not a strength that pushes or performs,
but one that allows you to stay, adapt, soften, breathe, and continue.
The kind of strength that remains rooted and resilient through change and through all that pregnancy asks you to embrace.
Like the strength of a gum tree.
Deeply grounded.
Shaped by seasons.
Standing through wind and time.
Not because it never bends,
but because it knows how to remain.
I want you to remember that you carry more strength than you realise.
You already carry this strength within you.
Your body is already growing, adapting, and preparing in ways you do not need to control.
Trust that strength.
Trust your body.
Trust your baby.
Strength is not something you need to become before birth.
It is something you already carry.
