🎅✨ Santa’s sleigh isn’t the only thing taking a break… ✨🎅 I'm off to spend my first Christmas with my grandson.

A huge THANK YOU to all my amazing clients for keeping me busy (and your knots under control!) this year. My last day of massage will be 17 Dec, then I’m off for a festive recharge.

🏀💪 Over the past couple of weeks I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with some of the ADF NT Combine Basketball crew right here in Darwin — helping them prep with training support and recovery massage before heading off to Melbourne.

It’s been such a fun, energetic lead-up, and seeing them battle their way into the finals has been incredible. 🙌🔥

Wishing the team all the best as they continue the journey — doing it for the NT and making us proud from afar! 🌟💜

To my brave, bendy, and occasionally terrified massage legends!!!

We’ve officially hit the one-year mark! That’s 365 days of “I’m excited to see you but also slightly scared,” followed by “I feel so light I might float out the door.” And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Thank you for trusting me with your tight bits, your dodgy hips, and your questionable shoe choices. Whether you came in hobbling, hunched, or just in need of a reality check via pressure point, you showed up, and I’m so grateful.

What a morning at the AFL Masters National Carnival! 🙌
