This weekend, our beautiful F**T Factory Ambassador and F**T Pilates Instructor, Rii, is taking on one of her biggest challenges yet as she lines up to run her marathon in Queensland! ✨

Rii embodies everything we love about the F**T community. Her kindness, positivity, dedication and passion for movement inspire so many people every single day.

Whether she’s encouraging you through a Mat Pilates class, sharing her love for movement, or chasing her own goals with determination and grace, she reminds us that strength isn’t just about what your body can do… it’s about showing up, staying consistent and believing in yourself.

Starts Saturday 1st August!

Who's ready to finish winter stronger than they started? 💪

This challenge isn't about perfection.
It's about showing up, building consistency and creating habits that last.

Over the next 4 weeks we'll challenge ourselves to:
✅ Train at least 3 times each week
✅ Move more every day
✅ Improve our nutrition
✅ Stay accountable
✅ Support each other every step of the way

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve fitness or simply get back into routine... this challenge is for YOU.
