Kilos Physiotherapy is continuing to grow, and we’re excited to be expanding our services in Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula.
Alongside physiotherapy, we are currently building our broader allied health team, with opportunities emerging for Occupational Therapists and Podiatrists.

Position Overview
An opportunity exists for an experienced and clinically competent Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists and Podiatrists to join our team in a casual or subcontractor capacity. This role involves the provision of mobile allied health services, with a strong focus on functional rehabilitation, capacity building, and client-centred care.
The position is suited to a practitioner who demonstrates advanced clinical reasoning, autonomy in practice, and proficiency in documentation aligned with NDIS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy, OT and podiatry assessments and interventions within community settings
* Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans
* Complete Aged Care and NDIS-compliant documentation, including progress reports, recommendation reports and functional assessments
* Provide manual handling assessments and recommendations
* Prescribe and recommend assistive technology and equipment where clinically indicated
* Liaise effectively with participants, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional standards
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience in NDIS and/or aged care physiotherapy
* Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
* Proven ability to work independently within a community setting
* High-level written communication skills, particularly in report writing
* Ability to deliver person-centred, goal-directed interventions
Mandatory Requirements
* Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
* Current First Aid and Manual Handling certification
* Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
